"Waiting 3 hours until finally get key. Not recommended"

The agent change room reason because roof leaking. I have to wait nearly 2 hours for conformation changing room. And wait more than one hour to get key from the host Room is quite dark , no towel and no washing dish liquid. Power off when i use electric stove. Go look security to ask power on again. And last worse is the host without any valid reason did not return the bond money for Rp 300.000, NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE. WASTE OF MONEY.
