"Sehr gemütlich mit herrlichem Ausblick"

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, trotzdem ruhig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war atemberaubend, Zitronen und Orangenbäume, kleine Festungen und der Ätna bieten tägliches Wohlfühlambiente. Die Küche hat alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht.

Man darf keine deutschen Standards erwarten, es ist Sizilien ! Wir waren im Januar dort, da kann es aufgrund mangelnder Isolierung etwas frisch werden. Eine gut funktionierende Heizung ist da hilfreich.

Vermieter bemüht alles aus der Ferne zu regeln. Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke Gute Lage und den Teil Siziliens mit dem Auto zu entdecken. Wohnung für ein paar Tage OK. Für anspruchsvollen Urlaub eher nicht.

Parkplatz vor dem Haus nur mit viel Glück, Ansonsten weiter weg. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vieles hat nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert (Waschmaschine, Internet, Strom).

Było wspaniale, fajni sąsiedzi, blisko sklepy i najważniejsze - cudowna obsługa - pomimo problemów z kluczami problem został rozwiązany bez nerwów i pretensji.

Apartament jest dość daleko od fajnych plaż. Ogólnie jest niekiedy problem z transportem publicznym bo z racji że to dość małe miasto to busy są przepełnione i nigdy nie wiesz czy dasz radę pojechać czy będziesz musiał czekać na następny

"Avoid it!"

The property was really hot and the AC didn’t work at all, we couldn’t sleep and we didn’t use anything because the kitchen ( furniture and accessories were infested by cockroach.

"Excellent communication and clear access to property, Comfortable accommodation"

Communication with host was excellent. Instructions to get into property were clear with a video explanation that was excellent. Property was clean and safe. Street parking was free but difficult to find a park. (not relevant to property though) Found an excellent restaurant randomly around the corner that served us the best meal of our entire trip.

It would be good to have written instructions on how to work the air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Queen Bed had two single bed covers instead of one appropriate for the bed.
