The staff were very humble and hostable! Although I had issues with the internet but Mr. Ranjith made everything better and completely supportive, thoroughly enjoyed the stay

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was simply spectacular, with a great variety of high-quality options every morning. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and exactly what I have come to expect from Crowne Plaza. The staff were generally professional, and the overall stay was very pleasant.

The biggest disappointment was how my birthday was handled. I had specifically chosen this hotel to celebrate my birthday and had informed the hotel during my reservation, reminded them again a week before arrival, and mentioned it once more during my stay. On my birthday, we had an early private tour and asked whether the breakfast included in our reservation could be delivered to our room so we could enjoy it upon our return. We were told this was not possible unless we paid an additional room service charge. While I understand hotel policies, I was surprised that no flexibility or consideration was shown, especially given the occasion and the fact that breakfast was already included in our stay. What disappointed me even more was that there was not a single birthday gesture, acknowledgment, or small detail from the hotel despite having communicated the occasion multiple times. Since this trip was specifically booked to celebrate my birthday, that was genuinely disappointing.
