Apartment was really clean And a decent location

Wonderful view of the sea! We could not fault the apartment..plenty big enough for 4 adults. The apartment was beautifully decorated..great location in between new and old Benidorm and just a 10 mins walk from the beach. No issues getting our deposit back.

If we had to say anything, it would be the lack of sun beds for use at the pool area, however let we do understand that it is a residential block as well. Also, although there are ceiling fans, there is no air con & it was very hot at night!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I really liked the pool area. Two pools and nice grassy areas with choice of sun or shade. Location was great. Could easily walk to the old town in one direction or Levante beach/bar at etc in the other. Quiet location.

Picking the keys up from reception with a good 15 minute walk in the heat was hard going. Thankfully they collected them last day. We didn’t realise the no damage deposit was £250 cash so that came out if our spending money. I thought it would be blocked on the credit card. Meant we had to wait about last day for someone to check the apt and give us the money back and then we were stuck with £250 last day. No balcony which I quite like on holiday and not much point to the washing machine with nowhere to hang clothes. No air con so my family were dying in July. Biggest issue for me was 27 stories up and no grills on windows. My son sleepwalks. With the bed right by the window if he stood up and stepped the wrong way - well let’s just say I put him on the sofa and it freaked me out! Had to put the shutters down which didn’t help with the no air con situation. Not recommended for sleepwalkers or little tots
