When we arrived we asked if we can leave the suitcase, they said the cleaners haven't finished so its not a option. When we went it didn't even smell on cleaned. It looked like no one haven't been there. The most important thing when you go on holiday is the bed and the pillows. This was the most uncomfortable bed and we had so many unpleasant nights because it was an old metal bed which made noises every time you turn. After long day and walks in the woods you expect to have a relaxing night, however we didn't get that. On our last evening we had no Internet, so instead of having a long night watching movies unfortunately we couldn't watch anything on the TV. We asked for help, they said they can only help the next day. We have been in a few apartments like this through Booking.com, so its not out first time to go like this. We have never been dissatisfied, but this apartment was not how it was described. There is no extra blankets in case you get cold, its literally only one duvet in the bedroom. No extra towels or tea towels.

The apartment was clean and a good location. However, gaining access was troublesome, especially the key safe on the inner door, which is faulty and needs replacing. The setee was very uncomfortable. The heating system would switch itself off, resulting in our first night getting very little sleep because of the cold. It was obviously on a timer, but without instructions being available, we could not set the radiators. The television was not properly tuned in for terrestrial channels, I.e. BBC 1, BBC 2, itv, channels 4 and 5, etc. Again, there are no instructions. Even the radio didn't work. Again, there are no instructions. These are simple things that made our stay unpleasant, and also spoilt the good work of your staff, I.e. cleaners and admin staff who provided a good service. I hope all this will be taken on board.

Beautiful property in a great location. Modern and clean and really helpful over the phone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.
