Downtown Dudley Chic - Near Top Sights

It’s poor service We went there no name mentioned We on postcode we can’t find property They have apartments inside station hotal but we went on reception they said we don’t know We been wandering around the area to find Dudley chic no luck And number they provided no one picks it despite ringing hundreds of time

We didn’t get to stay we was tired after long journey and they wasted another 3-4 hours Then we have to book another hotel

The apartment was a good size.

Everything was filthy. The cutlery and other cooking utensils, some of the cutlery was plastic, dirty fridge and toaster, stains on the walls, stains in the carpet, a weird smell throughout, broken lamp in the wardrobe, stains on the chairs.. we did not stay, we left after seeing the state of the place.

Now looking forward to claim back all the money Hope that is not gonna be frustrating Staff never answered fone Question asked never received answer on email as well

Nothing we like about property

The bed was very comfortable

Property was advertised as a two bedroom apartment but it’s a one bedroom apartment with two beds. I find this very ridiculous. Asides that, the customer service was very poor. Couldn’t reach anyone by phone and the response on the chat is bad as well.

No bin for kitchen. Traffic outside was very loud. Next to the bed was filthy. Towels were dirty. Really poor.

Ants everywhere a bit uncomfortable with them appearing in bedroom and kitchen ie living room

The rooms are part of the station hotel and have been converted to a separate business but this isn’t clear in the write up. It’s very noisy and there are no staff on site if neighbouring apartments become noisy. Lots of ants in the apartment I stayed in. Noisy location with drunken idiots outside in early hours.
