El piso está reformado y los baños eran amplios , la cocina grande.
No me gustó nada la distribución del piso son tres plantas y te pasas el día subiendo y bajando escaleras,pero lo que me menos me gustó es el olor a humedad que ay, en la planta de abajo está la sala de estar y no se podía estar del olor tan fuerte que ay, en la cocina que está en la planta del medio también huele bastante, la cocina está bien pero poco menaje y no había ni un solo paño, un poco lejos del centro .

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Appartment über drei Ebenen. Es hat alles gepasst! Die Kücheaustattung ist umfangreich. Ein Startset an Olivenöl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer, Instankaffee, Zucker in Form von eingeschweißten Einzelproben lagen bereit, ebenso eine Flasche Rotwein als Begrüßungpräsent. Auch die Kommunikation hinsichtlich vorzeitigem einchecken hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Kleine Anregungen / Optimierungen wären (nicht als Kritik zu verstehen): - Küche: weiteres Geschirrtuch, Abtropfsieb, schärfere Küchenmesser - UG: zusätzlicher Lüfter / Entfeuchter Auch die Anbindung an das Busnetz ist sehr gut. In etwa 100 m Entfernung Haltestelle mit mehreren Linien Richtung Zentrum. Metro Linie nur zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt.
