We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The owner was incredibly helpful and took the time to recommend different places to visit and experience around Sicily, which made our trip even more special. It was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible stay. The rooms and kitchen were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Throughout our stay, we received regular updates — for example, if new neighbors were arriving — and we were also kindly asked if everything was going well and whether we needed anything. This level of attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. The accommodation consists of three separate rooms that share a common kitchen. However, it did not negatively impact our stay. In fact, it turned out to be quite cozy. We still had our own privacy in our room, and sharing the kitchen created a nice atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting Andrea, who came by to greet us personally. He was a very kind, respectful, and friendly person, which added a nice personal touch to our experience. The location is absolutely perfect. Being so central allowed us to explore many attractions and experiences throughout the day without any difficulty. Everything was within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was the option to arrange airport transportation at a fair and reasonable price, which made the departure very convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality, a top location, and great service throughout. We would gladly stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located — you can easily reach all the main attractions and get anywhere without any trouble. From the very beginning, Andrea was incredibly kind and helpful. Right after we booked, he sent us detailed information about the best places to visit and the best restaurants to try. He even allowed us to check in early without any extra fee, which we really appreciated. The housekeeper, Alessandra, was also amazing. She does her job at 100% — I have honestly never seen such a perfectly cleaned apartment, even compared to many hotels. Everything was absolutely immaculate. If you are looking for an apartment in Palermo, don’t hesitate — book this one! You definitely won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended for everyone!

Struttura molto curata in ogni dettaglio. Apprezzatissima la macchinetta del caffè e gli altri accorgimenti. Andrea un host gentile, premuroso e con tanti consigli. Posizione centralissima. Super!
