Cosy, brand new apartment in best area

The location was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Living area relaxing. TV easy to use. Late check out time was wonderful. Host very responsive when I encountered problems especially when I was accessing apartment for first time.

Very close to old lift - Saturday night was very noisy with people using this lift all through the night. Shower was very cramped and took a while to work out how to ensure water flowed well. Kitchen plugs didn’t work so making coffee & toast was challenging. No instructions for dishwasher - sorry if I left a dishwasher full of dirty dishes.

The pros: the location is fine, a quiet neighbourhood, at an average of 1,3km from the main attractions in the town centre. There are several food stores not farther than 200 metres. It is a well lighted apartment, with a washing machine and enough kitchenware for cooking. The cons: the bathroom is tiny; it gets difficult to brush your teeth, for example, because of the reduced space between the lavatory and the cabinet above it. Inside the apartment it is freezing cold (I stayed there 6 nights by the end of march), even with the heating on. When I arrived, the bedroom furniture was dusty, I had to clean it myself. The bedroom floor also wanted sweeping when I arrived. The bed is not the most comfortable I´ve tried. Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.; I was asked to arrive not earlier than 5 p.m. Suggestions: get some pillows; the small cushions that act as pillows are really uncomfortable. Check the shower's water drainage, the bathroom tends to get flooded when having a shower. A drying rack for hanging clothes after washing up would be very useful.

Comfortably. The lights in the main room weren't working. It was cold and dirty in places. There is no clear information on how to get into the entrance, If it wasn't for the people who came in front of me, I wouldn't have been able to get inside.

The location is good, and the owner was kind enough to allow an early check-in. However, the apartment itself felt like it wasn’t quite ready for guests. There was a dirty cutting board left on the kitchen counter, and a noticeable layer of dust everywhere. The floor hadn’t been cleaned either. While the apartment was probably renovated not too long ago, everything would have been fine except for the heavy dust buildup. I wasn’t sure if the towels were clean, as they were still slightly wet, and I also questioned whether the sheets were freshly changed either. However, the bed was very comfortable. But it got a little cold in the evening.

Quality for price was great. It's a big and beautiful apartament with a great location. A lot of amedities as well. From the downside: the bathroom is not that great, a little space, the whole apartament was quite dirty. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. I would rate it as 7 because of those facts but overall it's an 8 as the price was very reasonable.

It was a fantastic stay! The apartment was a bit hard to find because the stair number wasn’t informed. Everything else was superior!

Great location, in the apartment was everything what we needed, it was clean and modern.

I had to ask owner for instructions, the apartment was cold, bit noisy and you can’t lock the door (only close). But overall it was really good.

Warm. clean, comfortable apartment, small but with everything necessary for a short stay. Superb location.

Instructions for the tv / hob etc in English would be great
