Four Bedroom House by Brookland Stays Serviced Accommodation & Short Lets in Brighton with Free WiFi

Great location, plenty of space for the group of us who were staying. Clean and stocked well enough in the kitchen for us. Good communication from the owner when we were hoping to check in early.

The house was clean, however just a bit more rundown than you can see from the photos. There was only enough hot water for 1 person to have a hot shower all weekend. Didn’t actually cause too much of a problem for us as we stayed during very warm weather, however if it was during the winter months it would have been freezing. Not sure if this is that there is not enough hot water supply for the amount of guests the house can hold, or a problem with the heating system, so could do with being looked into. The electricity went off early morning the day we were checking out so we couldn’t make full use of the facilities before leaving (lack of kettle for morning coffees was a shame!). Not sure if this is an automated turn-off the morning of a check-out, or a fuse problem so again could be looked into. Finally, the garden furniture was quite different to the furniture in the pictures in the listing. Chairs and table were so rusty with no cushions so they didn’t actually seem too safe/comfortable to sit on. Was a shame as the weather was beautiful when we stayed and the garden is a real suntrap so it would have been nice to have more option to enjoy the space, however we just headed down to the seafront instead.
