We spent a few wonderful autumn days in Santa Pola and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dishes, glasses, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. It even looks like the place has been recently refreshed before our arrival, everything felt neat and cozy. The new sofa in the living room is super comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is also great, a bit away from the busy center, which makes it peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the sea. The neighborhood has some lovely local fish restaurants and a charming atmosphere.

La Ubicación , la cercanía de la Playa y hay toda clase de servicios cerca .

El Sofá es muy incómodo , el agua en la ducha con muy poca fuerza , el grifo de la cocina suelto.

Ya conocía la zona y está en una ubicación perfecta. Cerca de la playa y de los servicios de hostelería de calidad de la zona. Hubo un mal entendido en las condiciones fijadas pero Marta fue muy accesible en la comunicación al respecto.

No me gustó que el menaje era muy justo para un establecimiento que marca un máximo de 4 personas. Por ejemplo, solo había dos vasos para beber agua o un único cuchillo de carne. Es una sugerencia de mejora que creo puede facilitar que más gente vaya a la casa de la felicidad. La colocación de mosquiteras en las ventanas para poder tenerlas abiertas durante la noche, ya que la brisa es muy agradable y así se evitaría que los mosquitos entrarán en la casa.

Cercanía a Playa Lisa

Aspectos a mejorar: . Si se encendía aire acondicionado no se podía salir a la terraza porque hacía mucho calor aparato aire. . Mandos digitales de vitro difíciles de manejar. . No se podían sintonizar Tele5, ni canal autonómico valenciano.

Apartment consistent with the description. Quiet, peaceful, clean in the building and the area. 5 minutes walk to the wide beach, not crowded. Nearby restaurants, shops. I recommend!

"Lovely flat in a peaceful location, just minutes from the sea"

The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, set in a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are some charming little cafés nearby, perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. The city centre is about a 30-minute walk away, which made for pleasant strolls. The beaches were well maintained, and the sea was surprisingly warm in May — a real treat!
