"Definitely a budget stay but I’d go back as in great location"

Easy to find lots of free parking right outside the house Very clean , great tv and WiFi !

Described as a family home but it is basically a large house divided into lots of rooms ? You can’t contact owners so had to go through their call centre and I eventually got entry directions by email hours later ! Mattress was very uncomfortable as there was just a sheet over the mattress and you could feel all the springs also pillows very thin ( luckily I always take my own)

Facility for cooking, reheating and cleaning utensils.

Towels don't look great, I suggest getting new supplies. Bath clogged with water not flowing easily down the drain.

It a lot

Room was not clean. Stains on floor which could easily have been removed with a wet mop. Dust and dirt around edge of room especially behind bed and bedside table. Communal bathroom was very dirty with mould on shower curtain. Single kettle for all guests on an upstairs landing kept disappearing and then reappearing due to selfish guests taking it to their room.
