"The most amazing hotel we’ve been to"

Probably the best hotel I’ve been to (and I’ve been to quite a few good hotels). This hotel was simply something different. The location - amazing view right above the Douro river. The design - beautiful, just beautiful, the room , the lobby, restaurant, bar, spa - you can see every little detail was considered. But above all it was the service - everything you need even if you didn’t know you need it was provided. The stuff is always there for you with a big smile. I’d say that in terms of service this hotel sets a new standard. Hope we’ll have the opportunity to come back to this hotel next year. 11/10.

Maravilhoso no Douro Valley. Hotel novo, recém inaugurado. Ótimas instalações , vista deslumbrante. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Restaurante excelente para o jantar com os vinhos maravilhosos da Quinta da Vacaria. Voltaremos!
