Location and facilities are perfect. All you need and more. Hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Am reluctant to place this review because actually we plan to come back and hope someone else did not pick our timeframe spot....

Kept missing the entry to the facility in the dark when returning 😄. Beautiful entry btw, posted it for my family to view.

"8 friends and endless fun"

8 of us stayed at this exceptional mansion! We used it as a base camp for our daily trips to visit Velebit mountain, take a refreshing swim in Zrmanja river and Adriatic sea which are both only half of hour away from the house. Adriatic sea is also just across the mountain. Take an adventure and reach it using the marvelous "Majstrorska cesta" road. Don't forget to take a hike on the Tulove grede peak (just before a swim in Rovanjska). There was enough room for all of us. The house itself is very clean and comfy, with the most beautiful sight on the Velebit mountain. Barbecue place is free to use and has everything you need to get the party started. Domestic appetizers such as šljivovica or the one made from walnuts were amazing. 10/10. We will come again!
