New modern apartment in Castel Gondolfo. Owners tried to think about any tiny detail you may need during your stay and this was very kind. Starting from welcoming bottle of wine and water in the fridge and finishing with wireless chargers in bedroom and nailfile in bathroom. We were really impressed. Everything is new, very stylish and you really feel yourself like at home because all of this. Old town is just in 10 min walk uphill. Public huge parking is 200 meters. Mario, thank you!

The property/ place is amazing and comfortable. It feels like you are in a home vacation, very clean and quiet place to stay. The services are excellent and way better than our expectations. They are very sweet and thoughtful couple. We’re treated like a member of the family, it’s for sure a recommended place to stay. Quite pricey but overall it’s a cozy , beautiful place to stay.

Apartment was immaculately renovated and maintained. Very clean and new. Quality and tasteful finishes throughout. Great location close to Papal Villa and gardens. Seamless check in and easy free street parking right outside. Host Mario had everything well organised.

This delightful apartment is within a few steps of the centre of Castel Gandolfo, and it exceeded our expectations by far. It is very well designed, stylish, squeaky clean, with attention to the most minute details. You can park for free nearby, which in Castel Gandolfo is a bonus. Our host, Mario, couldn't have been more generous and attentive: he left us lots of treats and snacks, including a welcome bottle of fine wine when we arrived and an unexpected gift when we left. It is clear that he has invested in the property and has the comfort and happiness of his guests at heart. He was also always readily available for any information we needed and suggestions for things to do. We stayed 2 days, but would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem to anybody. Five stars all the way *****

I have one word to say - WOW!!!🤩 10 stars The apartment is amazing and looks like Mario thought of everything! It started with a great communication from the moment we made our reservation , very friendly and practical. When we arrived at the apartment, we were speechless, the apartment is beautiful, modern style with good taste 😉, new and very clean . The apartment is fully equipped with everything you can think of, from the kitchen and living room to the bathroom and the bedroom, everything is equipped and full of everything. A basket full of everything was waiting for us in the kitchen, a bottle of good local wine and a warm greeting from the host. Simply amazing!!!! And the location is perfect 3 min from all the good places ❤️

Truth to be told, everything was beyond my expectations! When I say beyond I literally mean it! The place was spectacular. Mario was extremely supportive and very respectful; he will guide and assist if needed and he will not hesitate to help at any point in time. Absolutely and it goes without saying I will recommend this place to family and friends!

Rating: 12/10. These are truly excellent, new, and impeccably clean apartments—actually even better than in the photos! Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Mario is incredibly attentive and caring. The apartments combine the comfort of home with the luxury of a five-star hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks, and there were coffee and breakfast bites provided as well. The bathroom amenities were complete, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. There’s a delicious local pizzeria nearby, and just up the stairs across the street, there’s a small shop. A special thanks for the delightful evening surprise! I highly recommend staying with Mario—you won’t regret it.

In our 3 weeks of travels in Morocco and Southern Italy Residenzia dei Papi was our favourite. The location was excellent being only a few minutes walk to the Pope’s summer residence/museum and many good restaurants. Mario was fantastic, supplying us with great advice on how to get the most of our time and supplying many extras rarely found in guest houses. The bed was super comfortable. Hint: there are a number of free parking spots nearby. Rating 10+. Highly recommended. Dana and Carmen. BC, Canada
