Close proximity walking distance to the town centre. The operator was quick to respond when asked. Good wifi. But the bedroom tv wasn’t signed in to the Netflix account so only able to use the main room tv and it’s sound was hindered by being inside a tall cabinet.

If it hadn’t been for a complete stranger we wouldn’t have been able to contact the operator as the # on the confirmation was wrong. No email was sent with key instructions. Very noisy road. Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was limited dishes, 1 water glass, 3 coffee cups. No kettle. No dish towels to wash and dry the few plates supplied. Had to ask for basic cutlery. No where to place bags or clothes in the bed room. Room and bedding smelled of smoke.

Tacky sheets barely covered the mattress so they came off during the night. The mattress was filthy (see photos). There were also hairs on the floor and on the mattress. The shower sprayed water all over the place. The towels were smelly and left a bad smell on my body. They also had holes in them and were worn threadbare. The floor was sticky in places. There is no Wi-Fi. The apartment overlooks a busy road and was noisy all night. All in all this was an awful experience and I am expecting a refund. I have been a silver member of hotels.com for many years and never complained. This should tell you how bad this place is.

Amazing place. The host was helpful. I came with an electric car and he drove me to charge the car and picked me up again. Towels was there, soap. WIFI, iPad, TV. Will come back.
