The area was perfect! Very convenient to the local attractions and the Smoky Mountains park.

A few things definitely need attention First thing the absolutely no service no matter what network you're on. I'm not too sure that this is something that the cabin owner could fix or maybe they could suggest to the community owners or investor. You can't tell where you're supposed to turn to get to the cabin. There is no light post or lighting anywhere in the community. We had doordash deliver food a couple of times at night. And even they said the area was way too dark. The area is prone for bears which I ran into myself on a walk with my dog. Therefore I would recommend the security lights outside (front porch and back porch) be fixed and more lights be added for safety. Don't misunderstand me the bear sightings were a GREAT experience and is what makes this State amazing. But we're very fearful to go out at night, take my dog out or come home too late at night due no to poor lighting and very little visibility. The downstairs bathroom most definitely needs more lighting. It's way too dim for it to be the main floor bathroom. And ladies, it makes it very hard for you to get ready or do your makeup etc in this bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has no closet space, and is a must for any bedroom. And the remote to the T.V never worked. I will say the new remotes were delivered the day before I left. Hopefully it works... The floor separating the upstairs bedroom from the down stairs bedroom are paper thin. Therefore, there is VERY little room for privacy. And every step that is made upstairs sounds extremely loud. It sounds like they're stomping around upstairs instead of walking. The washer and dryer definitely need to be REPLACED!!! Very outdated. Your clothes constantly smelled like wet or old lint. I cleaned the washer and the dryer. But it absolutely made no difference!!! I would recommend they not use the washer to wash the rugs and mop head.

Very wicked walkway with steps to get to it, and no handrail. Upstairs bedroom, not informed of that. Couldn't stay there, 4 older adults with mobility issues
