"VERY BAD! Worst accommodation experience ever. Dirty unit, no quality control and poor mgt support"

Complain about the accommodation we booked through Booking.com Upon arrival, we found the unit to be in an unacceptable condition: • The upper part of the living room cabinet was covered with dust. • The floor was sticky and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. • The kitchen utensils were dirty and had black stains on them. • The air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and kitchen hood were not working. • One of the bedrooms had a bird/insect nest. • There were many other cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the unit. I immediately contacted the property and was repeatedly asked to wait. After approximately 20 minutes, they sent a cleaner with a duster to clean the dust in the living room. However, I rejected the cleaning service because my elderly parents, child, and baby were already inside the apartment. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Cleaning should have been completed before guests checked in, not after arrival. I then called customer service and requested a change of unit. Unfortunately, I was informed that no other units were available. I was also told that the maintenance staff was on leave and that the cleaner would try to assist with the air-conditioning issue. As I had no alternative accommodation arranged, I had no choice but to remain in the unit. While waiting for assistance, we discovered that the main electrical supply was not functioning properly, and there was no Wi-Fi signal at all. We eventually restore the power supply ourselves. My family was left in a hot apartment for 1 hour+ Even all the above issue were resolve for temporary and we have no choice to accept it. I have not received any satisfactory response or effective support from the property. We- child, baby, and I have had to endure significant inconvenience throughout our stay. We were also unwell with flu symptoms during the stay,

I like the unit with the view overall also with the beds. Thank u for the complimentary late check out..

The main door..we are unable to lock it from inside seems like spoiled.., the master bed room power shut down and we requested for a maintenance but we were been informed that there is no night maintenance works ended up my brother had to become the maintenance and switch back the switch in the DB box..as a guest this is totally unacceptable..the TV channels were out, we were given an instruction to do by ourself when we asked for a maintenance assistance yet the TV itself mentioned that there is no antenna signal and it was 12 midnight. Imagine travelling with 3 kids under 10 years old and the TV is spoiled. We did ask for a room change but there was no response till we made a complaint to Booking.com customer service then the magic happened..we were offered for a late check out..what we gonna do in a house with the DB box spoiled and unit door spoiled and also no TV? Thank God the swimming pool was the savior and yet was spoiled by someone who was washing the balcony and the pool was spoiled with dirty soapy water.

​Spacious layout and excellent kitchen facilities. ​Perfect location and easy self-check-in (once you actually get the codes).

​This was my second stay with 7stonez, and unfortunately, the service has not improved. Check-in is stated for 3:00 PM, but I received the details 30 minutes late. During my first stay with them, they were an hour late. ​On top of the delays, the cleanliness was well below standard. The blanket was badly stained; when I complained, the cleaner’s first instinct was to simply change the cover rather than replace the blanket itself. Furthermore, the bathroom walls were still slimy with soap residue, forcing me to clean them myself.
