Lockside Apartment 50

We wanted to be within walking distance of the Utilita arena, and this place was great for that. Comfortable apartment and clear instructions to access.

Would have appreciated having a hair dryer available to use.

The apartment is stunning and spotlessly clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Superb location, easy check in and check out instructions

There was a parking restriction for the whole weekend which meant we couldn't park our car outside the apartment. It cost us £41 to park for 2 days

Clean flat located near to centre of Birmingham. Good facilities in general. Once worked out instructions to heating, etc.. flat was fairly enjoyable to stay in.

Flat was very cold when we arrived with all the heating off. Warmed up after few hours, but I had been ill of recent, was not a warm welcome. No hair dryer found in apprtment. Rung up & told customer services who said one would be brought around, but never arrived. Saw was a later message to ring again from CS on subject, but too late & had to manage without. Also, no dish cloths or tea towels were provided. No oven gloves. Some items missing meant hard to enjoy the stay to full expectation.

Comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen well equipped.

Not properly cleaned Dust, hair and debris on the floor Not enough towels for 3 guests.

Location is just off the main strip of Broad Street, a 7 min walk to the ICC

Great location. Nice walks along canals to get to town centre
