BRAND New Upscale Home- BEST location!

We were unable to stay at this property. When we arrived another family were already staying there. The property had been double booked. We had to find alternative accommodation, one night in Whitefish and two nights in Columbia Falls, for the three nights we were due to stay in this property which was a major inconvenience.

We booked the property via Booking.com. The other family booked via AirBnB. Perhaps this was why the property was double booked. What was especially disappointing was the host Stefan never replied to several messages we sent to him. An apology would have been nice.

The owner of this booking doesn’t own the property anymore so this place is continuously being double booked with the current owner that is on Airbnb. We didn’t know this was the case until we showed up to the place with people already occupying the house. They said multiple people showed up that had the same place booked with booking.com. Extremely disappointed in booking.com and the owner for not taking down their listing and screwing over multiple groups on vacation. Our family was driving ALL day from Colorado to get here and then had to find another place to stay for the weekend with our entire family. It was a horrible mess and I probably will not being using booking.com in the future becuasee of this mistake on everyone’s end.

I never got into the property. It was occupied by someone else. Booking.com screwed up the entire experience.

First of all, you could not even drive into the property because they were re-paving the only entrance in. No one alerted us to this. Second, when I tried calling the “host” of the property (who was supposed to handle any problems or answer any questions), I discover that the “host” sold this property 3 years ago and has nothing to do with it now. However, Booking.com still lists him as the current “host” along with his phone number! Third and the worst was that the property was occupied by someone else!!!! Booking.com totally ruined this vacation, where I flew into Montana from Houston, TX to provide a vacation for my 84 year old sister, who is very ill.

Cleanliness and location of place.

Location was very good. Only 10 min to the hill. Excellent coffee stand a 2 min walk. Market, gas station and restaurant 1 block away. Hot tub, games room and work out area very clean modern and in excellent condition.

Heat to the property had to be constantly adjusted for comfort. Upstairs was hot while down stair was cool. All equiopment work well you just had to adjust the heat every now and then to make it work for upstairs guest and down stair guest.
