La cama era realmente cómoda, la ubicación bastante buena y todo bastante limpio.

Que no conseguimos entrar porque la puerta del portal no abría.

The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Before my arrival, I was asked to complete an identification form in order to receive the access code. The form never worked properly, so I could not obtain the code. Despite informing the property that I would arrive late, my mother and I were left outside the building at 1:00 a.m. for over 30 minutes, unable to enter and unable to reach anyone through WhatsApp. After contacting Booking.com, the property's solution was to tell us to ring a neighbor's bell at 1:00 a.m. so that they could let us into the building. The following day, I was instructed to go to a locker located about 15 minutes away in order to collect a replacement key. I was even asked to test the key and let them know whether it worked when they had to do it themselfs. When I returned that evening, I discovered that the replacement key did not work. At the same time, they sent me a digital access link for the door that didn't work either. I called again, and instead of apologizing for the repeated failures, the manager blamed me for not completing the identification form—even though that had absolutely nothing to do with two defective keys and a non-functioning digital access system. She then complained that I was bothering her by calling every day and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. For the next two days, we were only able to enter the building because other residents happened to be leaving and let us in. I have screenshots and videos documenting all of these issues. What was most disappointing was not the technical failure itself, but the way it was handled. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem, they never showed up or even try to help us. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Being unable to access your accommodation repeatedly during your stay is simply unacceptable.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien, era cómodo y bien ubicado

El sistema para entrar era muy complicado, cada vez que queríamos entrar demoramos mínimo 10 min. Y el duchador estaba roto por ende bañarse fue bastante complicado, el resto muy bien.

La comodidad integral del departamento sus instalaciones y la limpieza.

Muy mala la coordinación para el acceso al apartamento, nada de lo indicado funcionó para el ingreso al edificio y luego lo mismo para el ingreso al apartamento.

Świetna lokalizacja, super wyposażone mieszkanie, wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy wyjazd, miła i pomocna obsługa. Polecam i wrócę:)
