Appartamento intero "A casa dello Zio"

The decor is very distinctive - vintage items from the 50's and before. Very creatively decorated. Fantastic location just a short walk to Corso Ovidio and Piazza Garibaldi. Perfect for our reason for visiting Sulmona, which was to see the Giostra. The restaurant underneath the property is marvelous! It was a surprising and happy find! Loved the shower heads in the bathroom.

The bedroom needs a fan. The only air conditioning unit is in the living room and unless you turn the temperature way down and keep the door to the bedroom open, the bedroom is uncomfortably warm.

Location was great . It was styled well

Some of the kitchen utensils & glassware weren't cleaned properly

Very close to the centre with good bars, shops and restaurants close by, particularly La Cantina di Biffi with exceptional cuisine. Very easy parking, right outside accommodation and good value for money.

The location is perfect, right in the historic old town. The apartment is very characterful and well equipped, and parking is easy.

Not much - perhaps the bathroom would benefit from an update.
