Private room & bathroom in Manor House

Beautiful house in a great location. Exceptional property, and the bedroom was gorgeous. Were allowed to use kitchen facilities to make tea, coffee. The owner of the property was lovely and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat etc

We had a lovely overnight stay, there was nothing we didn't like.

Quiet, close to the small town

Didn’t see the staff. Wasn’t much in the way of breakfast. We didn’t eat there as there was no bread

Breakfast not provided, as we knew. Comfortable bed and nice room and bathroom

One bedside light did not work Faulty window catch on left hand window No milk provided in fridge for tea or coffee (which were provided) Parking not permitted near house

Nice location on edge of village

Rules were restrictive and whilst understanding the reason the way they were presented was unwelcoming

What a spectacular place to stay. Spacious, airy, comfortable and to a high standard. Breakfast provision (although limited) was a bonus and unexpected. Ideal location for visiting local attractions.

Nothing to say. This is a great place to stay and only wish that, knowing what we were getting, that we had booked to stay longer.

On the pictures the room does look amazing, and upon arrival the house/location is beautiful

The bathroom was in need of some repair, not sure if they were in the process of updating but the walls/tiling/lino wasn’t in the best condition

Beautiful elegant home with lovely country views and large spacious bathroom

Downstairs was warm with an ag stove that heated effectively but we found our upstairs bedroom and ensuite cold. Bed was very comfortable and beautiful thick Egyptian towels were heavenly. I found it sad the owner must have had undesirable tenant's previously who must have stolen items from them and felt we were under suspicion also and were reminded they had installed cameras everywhere but the bedroom and bathroom and that cutlery had been counted prior to our arrival and would be counted again after we left and we would be charged for anything missing. This was not directed just to us, another couple staying there was told the same as us.
