Appartamento moderno, con piccolissime cose da migliorare ma nel complesso bello, bella illuminazione posizione TOP a due passi da tutto

Unica pecca è che ci sono tante cose migliorabili, ma proprio cavolate ad esempio le mattonelle della piscina, le mura vicino alle finestre, alcune sedie rotte

The location was perfect.yes there was noise but what do you exspect from the middle of las americas. Once you were in the appartment you couldnt hear anything.the appartment was probbly the cleanest appartmemt we have had through booking .com. the only thing i would say was that is wasnt the apparment advertise ot was the appartment next door.

There were somtimes people shouting from other parts of the complex.

Appartamento gradevole e confortevole, buona posizione vicino al mare e ai vari servizi.

La pulizia può essere migliorata. Materasso e rivestimento del divano sporchi. Poche stoviglie Non è presente la lettera E che identifica l'appartamento

la posizione è veramente ottima per le persone che sono in vacanza per far festa e che vogliono stare vicini alla vita notturna. per il resto non lo consiglio magari alle famiglie perché la notte è molto rumoroso ma se si torna tardi allora non si pone il problema.

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero pratica per muoversi e perfetta per chi vuole vivere la movida, con una vista molto bella e un balcone che è un vero valore aggiunto.

Tuttavia, al nostro arrivo la pulizia non era adeguata: abbiamo trovato una heets usata nei cassetti dell’armadio e capelli nella doccia, elementi che ci hanno fatto percepire l’appartamento come poco curato. Pur essendo arrivate in anticipo e avendo cercato di non creare alcuna pressione, e nonostante l’host sia stato estremamente gentile nel provare a farci accedere prima, riteniamo che l’attenzione all’igiene non dovrebbe mai risentire dei tempi di check-in.

The apartment was really dirty we arrived 25 minutes early for check-in but the level of cleaning the apartment required would be a full day work for two people. We had to request clean bed linen when we arrived and this was dropped at the door an hour later. Pillows stained some with blood. I have photos of the state of the apartment. I have uploaded a small number of the photos but have many more. We had to buy wine glasses to have a drink in the apartment. We couldn't consider eating in for a night due to poor crockery and cutlery. I have never been so disappointed. We had no safe available in the apartment and had to carry our valuables with us at all times. The communal areas were poorly lit and not secure. I requested a meeting with property provider on the first day this was ignored. I book all my accommodation through booking.com and have never been disappointed until now.
