Parken extra und recht teuer, Mietkaution musste hinterlegt werden, kam allerdings noch am Abreisetag zurück.

NIce to have our own apartment. The area was very walkable.

Parking was expensive. I expected a better view from the balcony.

Bra leilighet for par en helgetur i Oslo. Fin beliggenhet som er pent møbelert. Innskjekk og utskjekk fungerer fint og fikk gode instrukser med tekst og bilder. Ryddig og fint.

Ubehagelig varmt inne når det er over 20grader ute. En enkel viffte på soverom kunne gjort dette mye bedre. Tunge dører å åpne i blokken før man kommer inn til leilighet, dette kan være utfordrende om man f.eks har en funksjonsnedsettelse. Depositum på 5000kr. Måtte betale erstatning på 400kr for sengetøy som fikk noen blodflekker etter et uhell.

It's hard to believe such a blatant scam happens in Oslo - we were swindled out of the €500 deposit (we also had to pay $23 fee for PayPal due to their requirement to pay via PayPal or Revolt) based on a baseless claim that we caused a hair crack on the ill-fitted toilet SEAT. The host went on to allege we are responsible for the replacement cost of the entire toilet, all the while she is continuing in to rent out the very unit she alleges has a damaged toilet. It appears her strategy is to repeatedly make outrageous allegations so that we give up. Indeed, after multiple unanswered messages, we decided not to deal with this directly and instead appeal to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (ForbrukerRadet).

Location is supreme.

They have a deposit system that is obviously part of ther business model. You are required to wire 500€ through revolut, paypal or some other shady way outside Booking.com. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to sit in one of the worn out outside chairs when it just broke. Fell on the floor and hurt my back. No sympathy from the host. Just a return of the deposit - 100€, with a benevolent comment that I should be glad they didn't charge me for 2 chairs... And they took their time returning it as well, leaving me to think i'd lost it all for days. So if you think there's a chance you might be unlucky leaving a stain on a table, misplacing a fork or fart in the wrong direction, be prepared to pay the price. Oh, and I took my time cleaning the place really good. Even left some beers for the hosts to be nice. Not even a thank you.

The apartment is amazing, super clean and comfortable, well stocked too. The location is superb: it is very well connected, and lots of restaurants around, and super artsy and interesting to walk around. It has a lovely view and excellent facilities The only downsides are the check in time, the process with the annoying app, and the excessive deposit (although it was promptly returned afterwards). None are a deal breaker, just inconveniences.

The location was amazing and the apartment is really nice, very comfy. Communication with Naoual was great, she was so clear and quick to respond.
