Walk to the Outfield of Lime Rock Park

The proprietors are delightful and responsive. They take good care of the little apartment built over a garage in a very inviting way. It has a personal touch with real privacy too. The proximity to LimeRock Race Track was our chief requirement as organizers of an annual cycling event there. Being able to cook until late at night to prep for the event, and wake at 4:45am in a very comfortable bed, and just roll over to the venue through a divine New England landscape was perfect. The best place we’ve ever stayed in for such an event.

Lol - my ONLY complaint is needing walking up stairs (just one flight) with all our gear, and The steps just outside the door are a little tricky if you don’t see the slight variation in the slab width so be careful. Oh- the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils (tho we brought our own)- but no colander or peeler lol (would have been a luxury :-)

We liked everything about our stay at Walk To The Outfield Of Lime Rock Park! It was exactly what we expected it to be. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The apartment was well equipped as was the kitchen. I told our host that there would be two of us in separate beds. I was pleased to arrive and see the living room sofa was made into a nice bed. I even walked from our pit location at Lime Rock Park to see if it was practical. I took me exactly 9 minutes! The hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome. If you plan to race at Lime Rock, you can't beat this place to stay.

There was nothing negative. Everything was great!

We had a great time even though it was a short stay. Beautiful house and garden, clean, and a great location.
