The drainage in the shower requires maintenance, as it is blocked.

The condominium we stayed in was very modern and nice, especially the kitchen and bathroom, which were well-designed and functional. However, while the property was listed as suitable for three people, it wasn’t accurately equipped for that. We expected the sofa bed to be fully functional with bed sheets for everyone, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. Additionally, the main bed was very small—barely fitting one and a half people—which made it uncomfortable for two to sleep. I would recommend the host adjust the listing to accommodate only two people, as it’s not suitable for three. Everything else about the place was fine, but this issue affected our overall comfort

We had a one-night stay in the unit for leisure. Firstly, I appreciate how the owner was very accommodating and responsive. He also checked in with us to see if we had any problems with the unit and was understanding of our situation. Regarding the location, the receptionist and the staff on the ground floor were very accommodating to us guests. There is a 7/11 nearby where we bought our groceries, and it is also not very far from Ayala Central Bloc. The area outside is not very rowdy. I liked how clean the space was when we first entered the unit. I was informed that someone had used it before us, but it was cleaned up neatly. The unit is aesthetically pleasing and offers a nice view of the outside. The decor is well-chosen, and the tall chairs and table are adequate for us to enjoy the view outside the window. The internet service is fast, and since the sofa converts into a bed, four people can sleep in the room. The activities available include a gym and a swimming pool. Although we did not use the gym, we enjoyed the swimming pool. The water was a bit cold given the weather, but my friends and I had fun as there weren’t many people using the pool at the time, and the water is not very deep. The staff also allowed us to use our cellphones to take pictures and videos. Personally, what I loved the most was the restroom, which is usually the first thing I check when booking a place. The layout was great, and the shower was good. Overall, we had a lovely stay 💖

I noticed that there weren’t many kitchen essentials, like scissors or spatulas. Personally, I don’t like to cook using stainless steel cutlery in a pan, so having more appropriate utensils would have been helpful. It would also be nice to provide mittens for handling hot items. Since the property is designed for two people, it’s understandable that there was only one blanket, but the owner could have prepared an extra one, knowing that four people would be staying. Extra hangers would also be nice.
