"Just need a little bit of effort..."

The location is superb. I like the idea of having almost all the services I need available within the building itself or just nearby. It's convenient and practical especially when traveling/staying in group or with children.

The condo we were staying in was spacious and nicely furnished (of which I have no complain). But it needs a little bit of maintenance and upgrading, especially the kitchen. For example, a lot of necessary items for cooking and eating were not available or just damaged. A few of the AC weren't working properly.

The location of the place and the facilities surround it. It is very convenient to find places buy groceries.

The place to put the keys for check in. Should inform sooner on the check-in and check-out procedure and the things to take note, to ensure that we know what to do.
