Para el precio que tiene no se le puede pedir mas, piscina, aire acondicionado, todo lo necesario en una cocina, hasta pastillas de lavavajillas, un buen baño, 2 terrazas, buen wifi, buena smart tv y buena ubicación. Nunca habia estado en un apartamento que no usara llave y es muy comodo, esta bien no tener la preocupación de poder perderlas.

La habitación pequeña no tiene puerta, tiene una cortina. Luz del baño y de la habitación pequeña fundidas. La maquina del aire acondicionado de la terraza goteaba.

This was our first time in Portugal as a family for 4 adults. I booked this trip because there was a free transfer with it offered by booking.com. First off, Albufiera is a place for parties and drinking. It has been "britainified" by poorly behaved tourists, so if you're looking to explore culture and Algarve don't come here. The property locationwise is perfect - you could get to the beaches easily in 10mins, or the strip if you want to go. My family liked the option of a pool or beach. The beaches are stunning. There is a 15min walk to a lidl which is nice in the mornings for groceries, along with the best cafe Bom Petisco around the corner. Its quiet in the day until 3pm, then you start to hear loud music from the strip 10mins away, which is not the fault of the property but just something to be aware of. It is incredibly loud on Friday/Saturday nights, so earplugs are essential. I would also recommend bring beach towels, as the property does not offer any.

Unfortunately, there is a lot to improve. The info on booking.com such as location is wrong, so when we arrived at night we were dropped off at the wrong place with no idea where we were, and the accommodation team at lovelystay wouldn't pick up the phone. This caused a lot of stress initially, and eventually due to the kindness of our taxi driver we arrived at the right place and managed to get the code working. Over the course of the week they finally started to respond to the issues via the booking.com chat, but they were templated responses that did nothing to sort the problems. Finally i got a call back at the end of the week with an apology and an offer to send the management team over and to ask us to wait there for them, by which time there was really no point, it would have wasted the last day of the holiday. The cleaning was really good, however: -Mirror light was not working in the bathroom. -Drains would be slow to drain water, and there was a mild smell. -Stains on the blankets. -No lids for the pots in the kitchen. -No extra bedding even though there were 4 people staying at the property. -No basic amenities in the kitchen, such as tea/coffee/salt/oil for cooking. -The building has a sewage issue, a smell would rise from somewhere and disrupt the pleasantness of swimming in the pool or eating on the balcony. It was especially bad after rain. We managed without these minor issues, but they do build up. If you are staying here these are the things to be aware of, and I hope that the communication improves and everything I reported will be sorted for the next person arriving.

The apartment is nice, well furnished and not too far from the beach

- location on booking is not correct, by following these instructions you ll end up 10mins walk from the apartment - no elevator: that can be hard with small children cause you have to go up and down holding the buggy, the apt is on the 1st floor though
