The location. It was too far from central Ubud (or really anything, there isnt even a local eatery/warung/cafe/shop/somewhere for a walk within walking distance) that it feels quite isolated. The pool in apartment is cool but in shade all day too, youd prefer just a communal pool that allowed you to choose sun or shade. Breakfast wasnt included and when we paid for it, it felt like an ordeal to order what turned out to be a pretty poor attempt of a meal. They seem to want the space to be self catering but it wasnt really equipped enough for it to be and not sure many people go to Bali to self-cater! In the end, it just wasnt what we were looking for. Maybe if you just want privacy and to stay in all day / spa etc, it is fine, but not for us wanting to explore the area

SGBreakfast is good, a few choices. The hotel is in the center of rice terrace, good view and very natural. The facility inside the hotel is good and all stuffs are really friendly. It takes around 2 hrs from airport to reach the hotel, however it is near Ubud, 10-20 mins drive, so it is a good choice if you want to visit rice terrace or ubud.

It’s a bit out of the way down a dirt track. A lot of the taxis drivers struggled to find the location. When we arrived we were very thirsty and hungry they very nicely made us some food but we asked for a Coke and a beer and the waiter said “No”. I did say something to the manager and they ended up giving us some water. It maybe be because this is a very new complex so I think they are still learning. Other than that the whole place was lovely.
