The location.

The boiler doesn’t work and the staff knew yet didn’t warn us and still made us pay full price. We called and texted multiple times and no one got back to us.

The location was great!

The apartment was very dirty! The couch had stains all over it. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy. There was no doona cover or sheets covering. The doonas were stained as well. It was very hard to open the door of the apartment. The pull out sofa is broken and the tv remote was found in the sofa bed. With dirty chips and crayons.
