La casa di Gigi tra Fiera e Università

Apartamentul este la parterul unei case vechi, intr-o zona liniștită, relativ aproape de centru (20-30 minute pe jos); este foarte spațios (mai puțin baia), bucătăria dotata cu tot ceea ce este nevoie pentru un sejur de câteva zile (inclusiv cafea, ceai, șervețele), patul mare si confortabil; la 3 minute de mers pe jos este un Lidl și la 2 minute de mers pe jos este o măcelărie cu produse foarte bune și proaspete (ne-a bucurat când am aflat ca este afacerea unei familii din Rep.Moldova); gazda amabila si foarte receptiva și prompta la solicitările noastre.

Apartamentul puțin cam întunecos, o renovare a băii ar fi recomandata, mai multa curățenie (erau cateva pete pe gresie și prin baie).

Interesting neighbourhood, few tourists, so able to get a sense of how locals live. Some good local bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment & hosts generous with coffee pods. A washing machine & powder; ironing board provided. Host was good with communication re keys and recc for restaurants in old city

The apartment is quite basic, and some things need attention. The shower drain did not work very well - standing in water is not ideal; it is a tight bathroom space; the main window does not stay open unless it is fully extended which then protrudes into the kitchen walking space, annoying.There is not much charm to the apartment and it seems like a lot of adhoc furniture, equipment etc. Information re bus was limited, advice was closest bus 10-15 minute walk, there actually is a closer one which we discovered after several days. For the cost, I think there are better options. It was a disappointing experience, and I am surprised at other review ratings.I think there is a lack of attention to detail and maintenance, and a checklist might be useful, e.g., chopping board, tea-towel, rubbish bin information, washing machine instructions, more than 3 plates, cold water in the fridge etc

The person handing us the keys were just absolutely lovely. Our plane was delayed past our check in time and they waited for us and still talking us through good restaurants to go and showed us on a map where we were and good tourist places to see. The place was lovely, clean and welcoming

Very well equipped apartment

Donatella waited to give us the keys and a run through of the apartment even when we were past the time of our pre-selected checkin time. The apartment was in a great location that was quiet as well as surrounded by lots of amenities as well as a Lidl.

Nothing it was great.

Lovely apartment within an easy 30 minute walk to Bologna Fiere, or the historic centre, and a two minute walk from public transport. The apartment has everything you need and is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. Donatella was a pleasure to deal with and she very kindly allowed me an early checkin and a late checkout.

Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, this home has all you need, including everything to cook your meals, do your laundry, etc. The interior seems to have been renovated quite recently. Supermarket and bus stops nearby.
