Excelente ubicación. Fácil check in y out. Javier muy atento y amable en todo momento atento a nuestras preguntas. Vistas espectaculares sobre el Bellas Artes y Av. Juárez hasta el zócalo. Cocina bien equipada.

Algo ruidoso hasta la medianoche por estar sobre la Av. Juarez, pero no resultó gran molestia.

L'emplacement au 11 ème étage offre une vue magnifique. Il est facile de rejoindre les différents quartiers de Mexico. Le bâtiment est très secure. La procédure d'entrée est un peu complexe mais on s'y fait.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22 hres, débarquant de l'avion, il n'y avait pas une bouteille d'eau. Cela a été rectifié le lendemain...mais qd même... L'appartement est grand, ce qui est agréable mais n'est pas " cosy". L'ameublement est minimal. La cuisine tient une place importante mais rien - ou presque- n'est prévu. Pas de petite épicerie de base, par exemple.

Great location but a little bit hot and noisy . Very nice , spacious apartment with modern furniture etc great views of the city . Safe . Good doorman -24/7–. very safe building Staff are responsive to your needs

Not enough toilet paper

Sensational apartment in a sensational location. Views over a massive park peppered with jacaranda trees in full bloom and a huge national monument. Also long views over beautiful historic buildings. Market stalls in the park and along the street for lovely souvenirs. Shops nearby for all your needs, plus fantastic pizza place a few doors along. Music in the streets outside at the weekend til quite late, but a small price to pay for the wonderful accomodation. A perfect spot from which to experience Mexico City.

Location, view and security

Some lights not working. One towel each for 5 nights. Coffee machine didn’t work and no garbage bags

The location is superb, amazing views, secure apartment. Javier was very helpful and kind and allowed us to store our bags for the whole day after we checked out. He has a lovely café/restaurant about 50m away (Patio Container) so do go and support him there. The amenities in the apartment are great - it has most things. Everything was clean for the night we were there.

Hot water (shower and kitchen) was off and on - sometimes too hot or turning cold halfway through. This has been mentioned in other reviews. Annoying but not deal-breaking. The entry and exit system into the building took a bit of getting used to, but was fine once you get the hang of it. The biggest issue is noise since there is a makeshift rave happening on the street directly below and it is loud. However, the night we were there (Saturday), they ended it around midnight.

Downside of this is that is was quite noisy.

Absolutely loved the location. And especially loved the city views from the apartment. The building has a fantastic security system. Our host was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were able to walk to SO MANY things! Super convenient! Highly recommend this apartment.

Lots of activity on the street below during our stay (Sept 30- Oct 7). Even being on the 11th floor wasn't enough to drown out the drums and music from the street performances going on below. This could be something that doesn't occur all the time? I don't know. It would not keep me from staying there again.
