This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Boutique Blue 2 bedroom Old Town House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to complete information requested by a message once the reservation is made and to send a photo identification & credit card (only the last 4 digits and name of the cardholder must be seen) in order to approve the reservation. As we are not a conventional hotel, guests do their own check-in with codes and electronic keys that we send before their arrival at the apartment. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply A deposit may be required at the property.

"Poor"

It's located within walking distance of some shops and restaurants.

Parking is very inconvenient. There was also mold or mildew in the AC unit. I let the staff know, and they said they would have someone come to clean it. However, no one showed.. I sent them the same picture I attached.

"recommended!"

Very nice place! I was really happy to see coffee machine and coffee ready to use! Few minutes walk to the metro, similar distance to the center of Alexandria. Great owner, quickly responding on every message.

It's true, there is a crack in the bathroom door, but it's small and it did not bother us at all.

Awesome! If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the one. Check-in was easy, location only 10-15 mins from D.C and everywhere else. Came here for my birthday and to visit a local friend. Clean & spacious. Plus had a backyard for my pups.

A little cold downstairs but there’s a space heater you can use which I did. Also no tvs in bedroom there is one downstairs although. We didn’t really watch tv as we explored the city.
