Perfect location in the Old Town. There are a few steps before the door so the apartment is not completely wheelchair accessible. As it is located I side ZTL, be sure to buy a ticket if you come by car during the working hours. The street Via Sant' Isidoro Alla Guilla and a Piazza nearby can offer some parking places, that is much better than trying to drive from another side. We got stuck in an extremely narrow street P.za delle Vergini. There were a small Nescafe coffee maker and several capsules available. Also, an air conditioner can heat up or cool down the room. The host was friendly and always available via Whatsapp. The street is rather quiet, which is unusual for Palermo downtown. Even in hotels you can hear what is going on outside during the night. Here we could normally sleep.

The apartment is small: you get a kind of studio with all sleeping opportunities in a single room. The kitchen is very basic, even without a microwave or air oven. There are no wardrobes or other places to put clothes and stuff, really scarce of space. Maybe we were just unlucky, but in three days we had an electricity outage for a couple of hours, and once it got repaired, the Internet stopped working until the next day. The water is heated up in a boiler so that there might not be enough hot water for the shower for three. The sink for the kitchen was so badly organized, that we faced constant water leakage. Probably it was the cause of the electricity shutdown. The AC and an electric hob can easily cause the electricity to cut out when turned on simultaneously.
