Batawala Resort One AC Room - weligama

There was a lot of space, big comfortable beds, mosquito net above the bed thanks to that mosquitos did not bite us. Lovely garden.

Everything was perfect.

We spent a very pleasant week at Batawala Resort. The rooms are spacious, with double beds and a standing fan. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a chill area overlooking the garden. Communication with Indika was very good at all times, he was always available if we needed anything, and he also invited us to lunch at his house (he lives 5 minutes away). Both he and his family are very friendly and his wife cooked srilankan food for us. We were his first visitors and he told us about his plans to make the experience at the house even better in the future.

You should know that the house is still going through renovations, so rooms like the second bathroom and kitchen need some adjustments. For us that was not a problem; you could also stay in the main room -which has an ensuite bathroom- and it can be used independently from the rest of the house. This one is completely renovated.

Some minor repairs have to do hope to renovation as soon plz consider some entertainment bbq facilities
