From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In conjunction with the government's mandatory initiative to curb the spread of Covid-19, our hotel is allowed to operate and provide accommodations to Guests for the purpose of: quarantine, segregation (self-isolation), employes of essential services and government-authorized officers ONLY. Hotel reserves all rights to reject your booking if you fail to achieve any of the following pre-requisite(s): To check-in interstate Guests with MITI letter or Your IC Residential Address must be located in the same district of the hotel Only fully vaccinated individuals that plan to stay-in for Tourism purpose, will be allowed to check-in at our hotel upon providing proof of vaccinationGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
