"Cute tiny cottage in woods"

Cute little cottage in woods close to where my son and I wanted to hike. It is also convenient to Waterbury and Stowe. Beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Everything seemed pretty new. Had a nice coffee maker and adequate kitchenette if you wanted to cook. Small landscaped outdoor area with firepit and picnic table, but we didn't use it.

Don't stay here if you dont like hearing dogs bark. Sleeps 4, but I think it would feel cramped with 4 people. It was kind of off-putting that I was aggressively messaged the rules just prior to my check in. Also, they let me know there was a front door Nest camera so they WILL know if I'm breaking them! I have stayed in lots of rentals like this, and to my knowledge, I was never spied on like that. It kind of creeped me out. We were told not to go in loft space if we didn't need to, because a pain for them to clean. That was where 2 beds were. Pretty sure the owner showed up before we left as there was another little rental next door, although it seemed like those renters had left 2 days before. Made me wonder if they were making sure we left? Honestly, the creep factor of this rental is making me rethink booking vacation home next time.

"Perfect outdoor getaway"

What a lovely little cabin! It’s a perfect little slice of nature with a great outdoor space - a fire pit, picnic table, grill ... Especially loved the outdoor (seasonal) bath tub!! The location was perfect for what we needed - took a day trip to Burlington (~45min away) and Stowe, Waterbury 15-20 min.

The main bed - in my opinion - could be softer. Still comfortable. Kitchen is very small - happy there was a grill!

Everything was straightforward and accessible. I really appreciated how isolated it felt when I wanted it to be but also how close it was to a place like Waterbury.
