Location of the property is fantastic! Very clean and spacious, there was 5 of us and plenty of beds nicely hidden for pull out, really modern and felt a safe complex

The aircon didn’t work and it was very uncomfortable to sleep without it , also very bad smell from drains

The apartment was easy to find and in a fantastic location the view was great, was nice to sit on a morning and enjoy a coffee whilst watching the world go by, it was very spacious and clean the 2 bathrooms are spotless and the showers were really good i will be booking this apartment in the future

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Durch das Panaramafenster war jeder Sonnenaufgang ein Schauspiel.

Direkt unter dem Apartment liegen zwei Bars. Jetzt in der Vorsaison war es ab 20 Uhr ruhig, denke aber, dass es in der Hauptsaison sehr laut werden kann. Die Schlafzimmer gehen aber nach hinten, Richtung Parkplatz.

The view was amazing from this apartment.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, the mattress was rock solid with no give as it was just a solid piece of foam. The sofa/bed was broken when we arrived meaning half of the sofa was unfit for purpose and we were unable to relax here or use the sofa bed as a substitute. As we were staying at the end of November it was cold in the evenings, the balcony doors didn’t close properly meaning the wind from the ocean front was blowing in all day and night, the heating did not work even after contacting the property owners to fix it still would not warm the apartment, also did not have sufficient bedding to keep us warm either. We also had cockroaches appearing from one of the bathrooms.

We advised we were a late arrival, Although we did pick up the keys there was no gate remote provided to enable us to park, It took me over an hour at 2a.m. to find somewhere which i had to pay for, The reception at Benidorm Booking office was very rude and said I should have told them I was coming by car. There listing states "No prior notice required" so I didn't. In addition this apartment is advertised with a Balcony (still advertised) which it does not. After lengthy emails complaining in which Benidorm Booking.com was still very rude I complained to Booking.Com

Had amazing views of the whole of levante bay . Spacious for the 2 of us , firm comfortable king size bed in main bedroom . Well equipped kitchen with large American style fridge , microwave/ oven combined ( but very small ) hob , dishwasher & washing machine ( which washed really well ) . Plenty of good quality cutlery & crockery . 2 bathrooms , each having a shower was a bonus and one contains a hairdryer . Plenty of towels and can be changed by letting the office know by WhatsApp . Easy check in online with Benidorm Booking.com and collection / return of keys was straightforward, especially as the office is only a 5 minute walk away . Staff very friendly and helpful . Official check in isn’t until 16.30 but they agreed to call me and let me know if it was ready any earlier and I was delighted to collect the keys at 14.00 . The swimming pool area was lovely , we had our own loungers ( yes they fit in our suitcase !) and made the most of this quiet space . There is a tennis court too . All outside spaces and gardens were immaculate and the whole apartment block is well managed and looked after . The location is perfect on the seafront and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest Veracruz supermarket and 15 minute walk to Lidl hyoermarket . Bars and restaurants on your doorstep , 10 minute walk to the main strip , 20 mins to the old town .

Windows / patio doors didn’t have very good locks on them , looked to me like the original locks had broken and replaced with little bolts and hooks . We had a problem with the second bedroom patio door which wouldn’t lock at all but once we had informed Benidorm Booking.com , maintenance came and sorted it within 2 hours . Having said that , we felt the whole complex was very secure . Pillows were too hard for us being firm memory foam , so we purchased softer ones . There were a lot of wear and tear scuff marks on walls , mainly in the bedrooms. We found the sofa bed in the lounge , just used as a sofa was very uncomfortable , looked a bit tired and has seen better days . The dining table was a throw together pine slatted table with a clear plastic sheet stuck on it that looked scruffy with bench seats that were also uncomfortable . There were 2 dining chairs but they wobbled ! We did enjoy staying at this apartment for its amazing views alone and location , kitchen is fine , but the rest needs a bit of TLC and better lounge furniture for the money paid .
