Das Hotel hat den Namen 4 Sterne nicht verdient. Im Zimmer hatte es keinen Wasserkocher, Teebeutel oder Kaffee, dies kann man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Viel zu kleine Kopfkissen. Der Der Frühstücks-und Abendessenraum, gleicht einer Kantine und sehr überfüllt. Das Essen war kein Highlight, eher Kantinen Speisen. Und für Veganer gab es ausser Früchte und Gemüse rein gar nichts. Vegane Optionen wie es das Hotel anpreist, ist weit her geholt. Ich brauche das nicht mehr.

Dining room lacking someone in charge - new guests have to guess where they sit - ie allocated tables or wherever you like - random drinks service if not on all inclusive. Became quite chaotic as hotel filled up. Drinks in the bar were very slow - often no staff behind the bar

Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmeile, Strand, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt vor Ort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos vorhanden. Sehr schön fanden wir das ausschließlich Erwachsene dort sein konnten. Wir konnten gut entspannen. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison dort waren, war am Pool nicht viel los. Die abwechslungsreichen Länderthemen am Abendbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kühlschränke im Zimmer sind auch top.

Uns fehlte ein Nachtschrank am Bett. Wenn man Zimmer weiter oben hätte haben wollen kostet dies einen Aufpreis. Wir waren im 1. Stock. Eine Getränkepauschale von 7€ pro Tag und pro Person trotz Halbpension haben wir nicht genommen. War uns zu teuer.

The pool areas and gardens are spectacular, two big pools and two smaller splash pools. Lots of sunbeds available. The staff are really friendly, especially the reception staff. Check in was fabulous, we were offered a glass of cava or fruit juice. Rooms are quite comfy and simply decorated. Lots of hot water! Restaurant staff were also very friendly. The all inclusive drinks during the meals for 7€ was a nice extra.

I was not able to use the WC in my room, it was wedged between a shower door and a sink unit which actually overhung the toilet, I am not huge btw. I had to pop down to reception when I needed the loo. Room 1621. When I reported this to reception they were already aware of the situation which was frustrating as I shouldn't have been given the room in the first place if they knew the toilet was not usable. The spa was very cold, loose tiles on the floor around the jacuzzi which was freezing cold and not working. Food was ok, it would have been good to have more choice of veggie food.
