"Nice place for few days stay. Complicated communication, make sure you can check-in."

The place was nice and clean. The sound from people outside partying long to the night was more like white noice and did not at all interfere with our sleep, but we would close the window to limit it still. I could connect my netflix in the living room TV. Nice view, there were usually tiny birds on the palm tree right outside, and some open space outside. Super close to the shop right outside, so we could go for fresh pastry for breakfast. Kitchen sufficiently equipped.

The checking was extremly complicated. To the point, that we were not able to get to the building or our appartment and it took about an hour to solve this problem through phone. Which is something you really don't want to do after exhausting travel at sunday evening. In advance at home, I did the online checking through their website and also sent 100 euro as colateral for possible damage (which i got back week after check out) and I recieved a PIN for the appartment. That PIN didn't work and also we didn't at all recive PIN to the main door to building. So we were eventually let into the building by another guest who told us the main door PIN. We tried the assigned PIN to the appartment, but didn't work. Someone eventually picked up phone on the Cannary Gataway help line. And even though it took a while, mostly due to poor english communication, we eventually got the correct PIN and PIN to the building (that we already knew from the helpful guest who let us in). We also tried whasapp help line, but noone was there at that time. I was very frustrated and at one point searching for another accomodation for one night to solve this tomorrow. Noone was picking the phone or responging on whatsapp. Until someone finally did pick up the phone. Another problem was the internet. The printed password didn't work, neither the qr code. And the mentioned wifi access point was not even there. I communicated that through the whatsapp help line. I again took a while, lots of "please write order number, now other number" requests from their side again and again. But we did get the WIFI access, though it was like our 3rd day there. Generaly the communication was very poor, quite coporate like with everyone and noone solving our problems. Even before we got there I was confused with the online checking web, colateral, etc. Like i had to put "second surname" to the checking form to be valid.
