This is a new build property on a new estate, very clean. Owner left lots of useful messages around the property to help with the usability. We had access to the entire house. Excellent property, quiet area. Other residents seemed to be at work. Very close to Walsall centre, but far enough away to not be affected by traffic. All amenities available for a family.

To be fair we didn't have any issues at all with this property.

Clean. Quiet.

All the decor and furnishings were grey, so it felt cold and unwelcoming. There was absolutely Nowhere to hang clothes or unpack. Not even a vacant drawer. Not even a chair upstairs in the bedrooms, so clothes (and everything else) literally had to be dumped on the floor. The heating did not seem to work upstairs either, and nowhere to hang bath towels (the towel rail in the bathroom was too small to accommodate, and it was not heated). The worst part was the chemical perfume smell coming from every room that had an electric diffuser plugged in emitting toxic chemicals into the air. We turned all of them off, but the smell was in everything. If you suffer from any type of asthmatic problems, do not book this place. The place was clean, but the bedding in the single room looked like it had been pulled out of a charity bag (see photo)…so creased, and again a horrid grey colour, and 100% polyester! Even though it was clean & quiet, I wouldn’t book again. Website photos look much better than the real thing. The kitchen table and chairs were, what looked like, a cheap fold up garden set of just two chairs with wooden slats (same as table). We used the wooden chopping boards as place mats to stop the wine glasses tipping over. On a plus note they had real plants, not the usual plastic. Lastly, there were no instructions for the induction hob (or anything else) and unless you have made a note of the wifi password before you arrive, you can’t connect because (for my mobile data network) there wasn’t enough signal to load my email or booking app to retrieve the information…so good luck with that. The owner has said she will supply instructions for the hob in the future, but when I asked her for the wifi password (I had enough signal for whatsapp) she just told me to look at the app 😳 . There is no microwave.
