Acogedor 2BR Center Miraflores - Balta

Ubicación

La ubicación es buena y el apartamento grande, pero NO hay calefacción y hace mucho frío y humedad. Hay obras mayores en el edificio contiguo y desde las 7 de la mañana no se puede dormir por el ruido. Huele mucho a humedad y a recién pintado. No hay antena de TV por lo que no se puede ver. Solo plataformas digitales. Un mando de TV no funciona. Cafetera estropeada con filtro roto. La limpieza no es lo mejor. Los cristales a la calle no se limpian desde hace meses.

Great location and size of the apartment. It was perfect for a family of 4-5. It is neat and clean.

We didn’t cook, but if you are looking for a kitchen that you can cook this is not the place. Thy have pot and pans, plates and bowls but not much else. We needed a peeler and cutting boards for the apples and they did have it. Hot water and pressure is lacking and it’s tricky to use it.

The apartment was very spacious, no complaints but unfortunately the water heater got damage and we have to bath with cold water for couple days, we checked out still with the water problem. Hopefully they fixed for the next people using the facility. I wonder if they should reimburse some money for the inconvenience.

Very uncomfortable seating in the lounge area including one broken sofa. Very limited utensils for cooking with.
