"Best view and calm place"

Best location, looking upon the emerald lake ( dired up in summer). The best you can get. 30 mins drive from Ooty. Nearest eatery are just few bakeries and a small restaurant in Pallada town on the way to Ooty

Can have better lenins and sheets for the bed. Secondly the hot water takes 10 mins every time.

"Hotel staff management is poor and need to improve."

Scenery from the garden (tea plantation). Breakfast was simple south Indian & the taste was good.

The hotel asked 50% advance even I booked on the condition of "payment at hotel". I paid advance as hotel staff told me to cancel the booking if I don't pay the advance. On the day of check-in, other hotel staff called to me and asked the confirmation whether I'm coming or not even I paid advance.
