Just arrived home from a weeks stay at such an amazing villa. The views alone were worth the 6 the villa has so much more than the views to offer. The pool was so clean and maintained well, not to mention the size of it. The villa is so secluded and given it is off a main road the traffic noise is very minimal, especially at night. Great facilities throughout, kitchen is fully equiped with all necessities, bedrooms abd bathrooms are of a great size, plenty of hairdryers throughout, easy to use washing machine, lots of towels and many more great bits to this villa. The next door neighbour was so helpful and resolved any small on site issues we came across (none of these were in regards to the villa itself), and Courtney from the agency was brilliant, very professional, responsive and made sure all was sorted for us. Both really great people. Not long back and already weighing up the next visit here in 2026. If you can book it then do it, just leave a week to ten day gap for myself.

Maybe a welcome book/pack, with references to local taxi numbers and takeaways. As we arrived late and had no vehicle, the first night was a write-off and took us a while to get food sorted for the first night given the location of the villa. Apart from this small issue, everything else was perfect. External of the villa is little to no access via foot to walk Tias or the surrounding areas, so we just used taxis. TaxiLanz +34928524220, which varied from €6 to €8 into PDC. But be aware it was a nightmare getting a 5+ seater, was so much easier ordering two 4 seaters if required.

We enjoyed the property, plenty of space for the children to play and keep an eye on them by the pool. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Living area was spacious and plenty of seating for a large group. We had a car which is a must at this property to get to and from the town otherwise you will rely on taxis. Neighbour was lovely and pleasant. Views are beautiful at the property.

Unfortunately we had some foot injuries in the pool where parts of the pool were cutting the bottoms of feet and the coating getting caught in the skin. The pool needs to be renovated as there are obvious parts of the coating lifting in the pool. The pool wasn’t cleaned on our 8 day stay at the villa and by day 4 it looked grubby from the sand in the air from the Sahara nor was it tested for needs PH chemicals. No air conditioning in the property our last few nights very uncomfortable as there was a heatwave. There is fans in the property but unfortunately didn’t so much only blow hot area around the room. Sliding door in the living room doesn’t lock so that was unlocked at all times. You have to dispose of rubbish in large bins at the local town and you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets which wasn’t highlighted before booking.

Very dark when we arrived. Leaving a light on outside would be more than helpful and a lot safer than looking around with lights from our phones

Beautiful villa. Had everything we needed there including shower gel, shampoo, pool towels, hairdryer, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid. Stunning views. Very peaceful, close to everything but have to have a car to access places.

There needs to be a book with information about the villa in it. We had to ask how to turn outside lights on, we arrived late and the place was pitch black, wasn't a great 1st impression. We couldn't open door, thankfully a neighbour came home at the right time and helped us gain access. Had he not been there we wouldn't of know that the washing machine was in garage and we wouldn't of know there was a fob for entry to main gate. These keys were on bench but no explanation. Key for outside lights left on top shelf in garage. There was no info about how to leave the villa on check out day and what to do with key fob, when I messaged and asked I was told to open gate then return fob to villa, the gate shuts after so long and it's not a quick walk from gate to villa and back again. We posted it in the letterbox box at main gate. Unfortunately while we were there it was summer solstice celebrations where bonfires are lit. The neighbour out back had a huge fire which absolutely stunk the whole villa out, all of our stuff stunk and the smell never left for the rest of our holiday. As there was high winds all the ash blew into pool, it was thick black charred bits of palm tree ( this is what they were burning ) after we requested someone did come and clean the pool for us but the smell never left and the fire burned for days. The pool is freezing, we had 3 kids with us, 2 went in for 10 min on 1st day and never went back in. It needs some kind of heating as it is so big. Spoiled it a bit as we normally spend hours in the pool, it really took your breath away when getting in. We really loved the villa but as it's quite high up you are exposed to the lanzarote wind, coupled with the ice cold pool it could be very chilly at times. I struggled with the comfort of beds and pillows but I don't do well with firm mattresses or pillows, this was just my opinion though everybody else found them OK

Absolute perfect choice if you like a place coming down from daily business and enjoy some great days. Complete private area. You enjoy the great view from the terrace from sun rise to sun down and even see the cost of Fuerteventura. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and everything was clean. If you have a car it´s a great place to be, w/o car it´s difficult to get to Puerto del Carmen or somewhere else. As we always have a car it´s no issue. If the pool would have a heating, it would be worth 11 points.
