The ambience was phenomenal. We loved the stay and overall experience.

The food, mainly. Not many options to choose from - and the serving portion was a point of concern. Also, the bed mattress was of okayish quality. This could have been better.

I loved the facility. Specially the staff overall. Whether it's the office staff or operational staff everyone was super friendly and cooperative. Special thanks to Sadia Khan - Chalet Coordinator. She was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us get the most out of our stay.

I would like them to provide coffee sachets in room. They did have tea and green tea but no coffee.
