Dreamworld has lost its charm. I visited the facility 5 years ago and I have seen a major decline after that

The activities become so dull the equipments were a disappointment

nice and clean, they care and keep asking if I am doing ok or if I have any issue, sadia khan make sure I am doing ok. food is good.

The staff was very good and helpful. Enjoy the view. The rooms and the cleanliness was top notch. 😍

Everything was in bad condition from the waves pool full of dirt to the Go kart, desert safari cars , everything was in the worst condition possible and the bowling alley was not even operating properly.

Layout of resort and activities were unique and fun. Staff was extremely cooperative specially Zayan Khan Lodhi.

No singh boards are Installed and roads are pathetic

There's not much to like about. Compared to my last stay

There are too many mosquitoes that hurt my children and myself inside the room. Management did not keep any room clean or maintained it. There was molding in every room they changed. However, they said that they refused to refund me and said I still to pay regardless if I stay or not. Also, they don't allow you to buy food from outside or bring it inside your room. Only food you can buy from them and pay more price then there members price. Royal Suite with full-size bed if you ask for additional beds, they only provide a nasty mattress it's like you are sleeping on the floor.

The facility has a lot of perks. We were not able to enjoy all due to time constraints. Horse riding was one is the best sport we had there.

Mosquitoes. A lot of them. All my kids and us had a lot of mosquito bites. Please be careful when going there.

The rooms are extremely well maintained in terms of cleaniless, arrangement & amenities. Sadia checked in on us with complete vigilance during the stay. So thank you to her as well. This is a complete family stay experience, from resort activities which are all very well maintained as well. We are definitely coming back!

Breakfast is a low end. Im sure they can add bakery items (beside the usual bread), cold meats or even fruit bar & cheese. Served in Bistro restaurant, it's nowhere near a french style breakfast! And PLEASE add a vent net on the outside to keep the hundreds of crows coming to snatch my food or flying inside.

All the eminities are exciting and good. Staff, especially Ms. Sadia at customer service was very cooperative and supportive.

The washroom was clean and neat. The only issue was with sink tap, which is behind the sink, and water fell on the floor, making it dirty.
