Nice and clean, comfy beds

The noise detector, although its understandable to respect neighbours etc but had multiple warning messages just from watching the TV and it really wasn't on loud, we could hear the neighbours music/TV too, this made us feel uncomfortable as we felt like we couldn't laugh or play a game, we was worrying that after so many messages we may not have got our deposit back. But was all fine in the end 😊

"Cosy house with spacious bedrooms"

Rooms are all lovely and spacious, House is very clean and contact is good with the owners. Everything you need is there.

The only negative i suppose is the second set of stairs which are a little bit steep, however there is a handrail to assist you, just take your time going down them, 1 other than that It was perfect for what we needed it for and we will use it again

"Great weekend break close to Leeds."

Great house with a lovely cosy lounge, comfortable sofas/chairs for 7 people in our group. Easy to get Ubers to and from Leeds Headingley.

One of the beds was a small double which was a little small.

No furniture apart from the beds in the bedrooms (not even a bedside table)

Location not far (1.8 miles) from city centre

No hangers and plate cleaning sponge available. Only 6 chairs are available for 7 people's bookings. Noisy neighbourhood with mostly migrant residents, I believe.
