Charlie's Place - Self catering studio

The prompt instructions with clear communication and very accommodating in setting us up and helping access and readiness for us. We slept over on our long trip and the ease and comfort was great and highly recommended for other travelers and families. We will surely sleep there again

None was not to like, the heat of the karoo was immense and we had a fan to cool us somewhat. The Aircon was not working due to solar installation but is not a real show stopper

The location was good, close to the main road. Cute and small, clean with comfortable beds. Appreciated the coffee and tea. However, there was no milk. We could braai for supper. It had everything we needed for one night stay.

We didn't see the hosts at all. No greeting. Just got an sms to say that the place is open and continue to enter.

The accommodation was great and easy to access. The owner was very friendly and when we asked if she has a snack witcher or double toaster available she gave us one to use. We were travelling with a cat and as the accommodation was pet friendly that was a bonus. The pool looked inviting but it was chilly and no bathing suite was packed as a swim would have been great.

Time to spend more time would have been great. We arrived around 8 the evening and we left just past 5 the following morning.

The property had a nice garden which helped because I traveled with my dog and the pool was awesome for cooling down in the hot weather.
