Charlie's Place - Self catering studio

The place was as described and the host was friendly. The place was nice and clean and smelled fresh upon entering.

The fact that there is a camera pointed directly at the pool/yard. It felt like a great invasion of privacy.

It was a great place, very comfortable, the shower and swimming pool was very nice.

The owner communicated very well with us and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. There is nothing complicated about this place and the room had everything we needed.

You can slide open gate and drive straight through. The unit key is inside, you can just let yourself in, it is open. The lock for the gate is on the front door key. So you can lock the gate for the night, the lock is on the gate. Then other than that, Have a lovely stay, Check out is at 10AM. You can just leave keys inside and leave the unit open please. The cleaning lady will be there early should you need assistance. We have n gas geyser so water is nice and hot. Please note, hot side is on the right side. We are solar powered so no load shedding. We don't have n motor on the gate yet so it works manually.. there is a lock to lock gate but it is very safe so your choice. There is an aircon in the unit but it is disconnected. The aircon is not listed because we are solar powered. Batteries does not last with an aircon. You will see on my reviews that although it is not listed as an amenity, guests complain, although I always explain the reason. We have major electricity issues in town and have regular power outages. So luckilly we have the solar power with batteries for during the night. Hope you have a lovely evening Wifi password:

Charlie's Place was easy to find. Love the small yard for the dogs.
